Human resources and employment programme

On 28 February 2015 we completed the implementation of our project. During the project we managed to meet all of the project's goals and objectives, i.e., employee training, support for employability of 50+ workers, creation of adequate conditions to maintain education system sustainability – also covering the period after the project, to support, to build and maintain a succession system, and last but not least, to renew traditional craft production and thus clearly establish a solid foundation while supporting the knowledge management system within the company. Further, this approach has also strengthened gender issues in real life at the recipient company, strengthened qualification levels and competencies of key and regular employees including the involvement of persons into the programme to share support for young or newly hired employees as well as transfer of practical and work experiences – development of employees aged 50+ and, finally, the applicable mentorship.
After evaluation of the entire process and assessment of the achieved results, we may say that the main objective, which is the increase of the adaptability, professional knowledge and skills of employees, and also the increased competitiveness of PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY a.s., has been reached. We have been able to establish a solid base necessary for us to maintain a stable and important position on domestic and foreign markets focusing on engineering production.
The project supported 138 people who participated in the relevant project activities. The total number of successful course graduates reached 254. Both of these indicators were in fact exceeded, mainly due to the support from the management and thanks to motivation and helpfulness on the part of RT, and finally thanks to maximum involvement of CS. We have created 1 product and entered it into the ESFCR Product Database The supported organisation was the recipient organisation PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY a.s.
All planned monitoring factors were completely fulfilled.

7. research and technological development framework programme
PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY participates in the European project which belongs to the Seventh Framework Programme. The aim of the project is the development (adaptation) of new physical sensors and their implementation into monitoring and controlling processes used in the food industry. PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY is one of the members of the team formed by European organisations that focus on brewing processes.
Business and innovation to increase competitiveness operational programme
Under project No. 4.1 IN04/2095 (Innovative production of conical bottoms), PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY received a subsidy from the Enterprise and Innovation Operational Programme.
The funds obtained through this grant helped us to finance the following:
- new laser cutting machine
- construction modifications related to the installation of the laser cutting machine
- two software licences for drawing documentation (Solid Edge 3D)
