of PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY, a.s.
Our main mission is to maintain a stable and strong position on the domestic and foreign markets focusing on engineering production and primarily dealing with stainless steel materials and products designed for various industries, especially the food, chemical, agricultural and pharmaceutical industry. Our company places strong emphasis on export trade policy and on strengthening domestic markets.
Our credo is to manufacture products and provide high quality services while observing applicable standards and regulations; quality is crucial for success and prosperity. We constantly strive to achieve consent and balance between our customers, their wishes and our delivery options while complying with the applicable legislation. Our current quality policy not only emphasises the properties of our products, but also all related processes affecting the performance and ecology of production, and thus contributes to the good reputation and name of our company while increasing the satisfaction of our customers, employees and shareholders.
The company management strives to create suitable working conditions and environment, motivate employees to maintain the highest quality, and to properly evaluate the achieved results and further improve the implemented quality system. All of our employees are expected to follow an active approach, apply proper knowledge, experience and skills with the intention to continuously improve our work.
The implemented quality policy establishes the basic principles and goals to achieve the high quality of production and services, and to maintain customer satisfaction:
A comprehensive understanding of the concept of quality – all employees must work together; only cooperation between individuals may produce the desired results and the company undertakes to continuously motivate employees do so.
Through consistent selection and regular evaluations we guarantee that all our suppliers are able to contribute and improve the quality of their supplies and materials, including sub-deliveries, with the intention to reach the final quality of the finished products and to meet customer requirements.
Quality improvement with regard to the customer needs is a never ending process. The DG of the Quality Department is also responsible for promoting customer interests across our company.
We guarantee that the existing quality assurance system eliminates recurrence of discrepancies, and we also guarantee systematic monitoring and improvement of the effectiveness of the applied quality assurance system in line with CSN EN ISO 9001.
